Irrespective of the specific sanctions clause applied on any individual (re)insurance policy, AIG Europe SA will act in accordance with applicable sanctions and regulatory guidance and will not accept premium, provide coverage or pay any claim on any risk that AIG Europe SA determines would expose it to a potential violation of any applicable sanctions and regulatory guidance.
